OpusRank Terms of Service

1. The service
OpusRank is a WordPress plugin with optional connected features. The plugin's local features are provided under the GNU General Public License v2 or later. The connected service — Search Console brokering and AI features — is provided under these terms and requires a paid plan.
2. Plans and AI quotas
Paid plans include a monthly allowance of AI operations: Professional 500, Business 2,000, Agency 8,000. Allowances reset monthly and do not carry over. Requests beyond your allowance are declined rather than charged; no overage is billed without your agreement.
Local features are not metered and continue to work if your plan lapses.
3. No guarantee of search performance
We make no representation that using OpusRank will improve your rankings, traffic, or visibility in any search engine or AI system.
Search engines do not publish their ranking systems and change them without notice. OpusRank's scores are structural checklists computed from your own content — they are not measurements of performance and not predictions of it. Search Console figures shown in the plugin are Google's data, presented as received, and subject to Google's own sampling and reporting limits.
4. AI output is a suggestion
Titles, descriptions, briefs and other AI-generated material are drafts for your review. They may be inaccurate. You are responsible for what you publish. Nothing is applied to your site without your explicit approval.
5. Your content
You retain all rights to your content. By using an AI feature you grant us the limited right to transmit the specific content that feature requires to our model provider for the purpose of returning a result. We do not use your content to train models and do not grant our providers the right to do so.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use OpusRank to generate deceptive content, misrepresent authorship, manipulate search results through prohibited techniques, or process content you do not have the right to process. Accounts making automated bulk requests outside the plugin may be suspended.
7. Availability
The connected service is provided as-is without an uptime guarantee. Because the plugin stores your data locally, a service interruption stops new data arriving but does not remove access to what you already have.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate at any time. On termination your site access token is revoked and connected features stop. Local features continue under the GPL. Data deletion is described in our privacy policy.
9. Changes
We will give at least 30 days' notice of material changes to these terms or to plan allowances, by email to your account address.
10. Liability
The connected service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Opus Technologies' total liability arising from or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for it in the twelve months preceding the claim.
