If you are using our services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Our digital products, including WordPress themes, Shopify themes, and software solutions, are licensed — not sold — to you. The specific terms of each license are as follows:

• Single Site License: Permits use of the product on one (1) website or domain only.
• Five Site License: Permits use on up to five (5) websites or domains.
• Unlimited License: Permits use on an unlimited number of websites or domains you own or control.
• Lifetime updates are included with all licenses. Priority support is provided for twelve (12) months from the date of purchase.
• You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or share the source code of our products without explicit written permission.

Use of Services

You agree to use our products and services only for lawful purposes. You are prohibited from:

• Using our products to violate any applicable local, national, or international law.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our software.
• Distributing malicious code, viruses, or harmful components through our products.
• Using our services to harass, abuse, or harm other users.
• Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of our servers or network.

Intellectual Property

All content, designs, code, graphics, logos, and trademarks on our website and within our products are the intellectual property of Opus Technologies and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not use, copy, or distribute our intellectual property without prior written consent, except as expressly permitted by your product license.

Custom Development Services

For custom development engagements, a separate agreement or statement of work will outline the scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing. These Terms supplement any such agreement and apply to the general use of our website and standard products. Intellectual property for custom work transfers upon full payment unless otherwise specified in the project agreement.

Our products and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that our products will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all third-party systems. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data and ensuring your hosting environment meets the technical requirements of our products.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Opus Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of our products or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim.

Refunds

Refund eligibility for digital products is determined on a case-by-case basis. If you experience a genuine technical issue that we cannot resolve, you may request a refund within seven (7) days of purchase. Custom development services are subject to the refund terms specified in the applicable project agreement.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our products and services if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine to be harmful to our business or other users. Upon termination, all licenses granted to you shall cease immediately, and you must destroy or return all copies of our products in your possession.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if unresolved, through the appropriate legal channels.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "last updated" date. Your continued use of our products and services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
